The OP Computer Competition gives high school students the opportunity to demonstrate excellence in the field of computers. This competition challenges the skills and abilities of students at all levels. OP Computer will be held on Friday, November 22, 2013.
Each four-member computer team works together using an MSOE laptop computer to write programs to solve problems of varying levels of difficulty. Teams may use either C++ (Microsoft Visual Studio .NET with APCS C++ Classes) or Java (Eclipse) to write their programs. The laptops are equipped with touch pads. Participants are encouraged to bring a USB mouse if desired.
